1.Theproduct is manufactured according the JB/T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB/T19115.1-2003 national standard also with users’ technical requirements.

2.Big LCD display.The images tell working statevisually.Various data show: real-time wind turbine voltage,current,power;solarpanel voltage,current,power;battery group voltage, charge current.(The mainboard is with button battery,in case of power failure, historydata can be savedfor 30 days)

3.Two sets of control systems：PWMconstant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.

4.PWM constant voltage control is 120% of the ratedpower of the wind turbine. In case exceeding of PWM’s capacity, the three-phasedump load will automatically start immediately to ensure safe running of theoverall wind turbine system.

5.When the strong or super-strong wind conditions PWMcontrol to ensure battery charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage andcurrent.

6.When the battery disconnect ordamage, the three-phase dump load will start automatically to avoidthe wind turbine idling and runaway accident.

7.The protection function of battery: polarity reverseprotection, disconnection and damage protection.

8.Over-charging protection of the battery: When thebattery is full (the battery voltage getting 125% of the rated voltage), thecontroller will carry out three-phase dump load automatically to stop chargingthe battery.

9.Auto recharging of battery: When the battery voltagereduces to 108% of the rated   voltage,itstops three-phase dump load to recharge battery automatically.

10.The controller is equipped with manual three-phasedump load switch. To using this switch, the wind turbine will carry outthree-phase dump load forcibly.

11.The inside of the controller is equipped with surgearrester. Contain the over voltage into the wind turbin under the bearablevoltage of the equipment or system. On the other way, to conduct the stronglightening current into the earth directly to avoid any damage   of equipment.

※ Adopt Modbus Communicationprotocol. Convenient to carry out the secondary development.

※ Adjusting the technical specification via RS485 isavailable.Convenient to adjust the different wind turbines for professionalcustomers.

※ Support WIFI and GPRS.Customers can monitor thereal-time working state of the on   gridwind power system via PC and mobile and query history working sate.Both Androidand OS are compatible in Mobile.

※ For the different wind turbine, the controller can beequipped with mechanical yawing, Rotate tail control, furled empennage,mechanical brake,hydraulic brake, electromagnetism brake and other brakefunctions.
